You may request a return or exchange within 3 business days from the date of delivery, and only in specific cases such as receiving an incorrect product or if the item arrives damaged due to shipping. We take full responsibility in such situations and will handle the issue promptly.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. All items are carefully inspected upon return before final approval is granted.

In cases where the issue is due to an error on our side — such as sending the wrong product or delivering a damaged item — FIORA will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange. However, if the request is based on personal preference, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the request may still be accepted, but additional shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our support team within the specified timeframe via WhatsApp or email, and provide your order number along with a clear image of the issue. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth resolution.

For refunds, once the returned product is received and approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
